Melben is hiring two Production Workers with CNC experience for direct-hire roles at a manufacturing facility in Dayton, OH. You will be hired straight onto the employer's payroll with full-time hours and a flexible start date.
The daily work combines general shop labor with machine operation. You will load stock into CNC machines, cycle parts, perform basic quality checks, deburr finished pieces, and help keep the production floor moving efficiently.
Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on your prior experience. This is a solid opportunity for dependable production hands who know their way around a machine shop.
Responsibilities
- Load raw stock and unload finished parts from CNC machines
- Monitor machine cycles and report any operating issues to supervisors
- Perform deburring, grinding, and basic visual inspections on finished parts
- Move materials and stage inventory across the shop floor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Requirements
- Prior general labor experience in a manufacturing or plant setting
- Hands-on experience operating or tending CNC machinery
- Ability to stand for shifts and lift raw materials or parts
- Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to shop safety
