Melben is hiring two CNC Machinists in Springboro, OH for a direct-hire role with a manufacturer in the area. This is a full-time position on the employer's payroll, working second or third shift. Pay is $23 to $38 per hour, depending on experience, and the start date is flexible.
The work is running CNC mills and lathes that make precision parts. You will run Haas, Mazak and Akuma machines and set up your own jobs, so this is a role for an operator who can take a job from setup through to finished parts. Roughly 10 years of hands-on CNC experience is asked for. Programmer-only candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities
- Set up and run CNC mills and lathes
- Set up your own jobs, including tooling and offsets
- Run Haas, Mazak and Akuma machines
- Check parts against prints and specifications
- Keep your work area and tooling organized
Requirements
- About 10 years running CNC mills and lathes
- Operator experience, not programming only
- Able to work second or third shift only
- Ability to read blueprints and measure parts
