You will read prints, set tooling and offsets, run first-article inspections, and keep an eye on the machine while it cuts. Responsibilities
- Set up and run CNC mills and lathes
- Read blueprints and set tooling and offsets
- Program and edit toolpaths in Mastercam
- Inspect first-article and in-process parts to tolerance
- Keep machines running and report issues to the lead
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC machinist on mills and lathes
- Working knowledge of Mastercam
- Ability to read prints and use precision measuring tools
- Reliable attendance for first shift
