Melben is recruiting a Welder / Fabricator for a manufacturer in Delphos, OH. This is a full-time, direct-hire position on the employer's payroll, with one opening available. The start date is flexible.
The role centers on cutting, forming, and welding metal parts and assemblies. You will read blueprints and work orders, set up your fixtures and fill positions, weld to spec, and check your work against drawings before it moves to the next station. Good fit-up and clean welds matter here, so attention to detail counts.

Responsibilities
- Read blueprints, drawings and work orders
- Cut, form and fit metal components to spec
- Weld parts and assemblies using the required process
- Inspect welds and finished parts against drawings
- Keep your work area clean and organized
Requirements
- Experience welding and fabricating metal
- Ability to read blueprints and measure to tolerance
- Ability to stand, lift and work in a shop environment
- Reliable attendance and a safety-first attitude
