A manufacturer near Fort Wayne, Indiana is hiring a welder for a permanent position, starting immediately. This is a direct hire on the employer's payroll from day one, not a temp placement. Pay is set by experience.

The work is hands-on shop work: on your feet, handling metal parts and tools through the shift.

Full-time on a weekday schedule. Shift and benefits details are covered when we speak.

Responsibilities

  • Weld to blueprint and work order specifications
  • Read and interpret drawings
  • Fit and prep parts before welding
  • Inspect your own welds for quality

Requirements

  • Hands-on welding experience with MIG, TIG, or Stick (tell us which)
  • Able to read blueprints
  • Able to work on site near Fort Wayne, IN
  • Available to start immediately
