Pay is $22 to $24 an hour, set by your years of MIG experience and how well you weld. These are permanent, full-time positions — the company hires welders steadily, and multiple openings are available now.

The weld test is the interview: pass the coupon and you are in front of a hiring decision fast. Tests run weekly in Abilene and every day in Mineral Wells.

Responsibilities

  • Run production MIG welds on vessel and tank components
  • Work from drawings and weld procedures
  • Keep welds to quality standard and rework where needed

Requirements

  • A couple of years of hands-on MIG welding experience
  • Vessel or tank welding experience
  • Able to pass a MIG weld test — the test replaces the interview
  • Local to the Abilene or Mineral Wells, TX area — this is a local hire, not a travel or relocation role
