A precision machining company in Eaton, Ohio is hiring entry-level machinists on all three shifts. No machining experience is required — you will be trained on the job in a tight-tolerance production environment.
Pay runs from $21 to $41 an hour depending on experience, with a $3 an hour shift differential on top for off-shift work. Multiple openings are available.
This is a direct-hire position on the employer's payroll from day one — a real path into a skilled machining trade, with room to grow into higher-paying roles as your skills build.
Responsibilities
- Learn to set up and run precision machining equipment
- Load and unload parts and keep machines running
- Measure and inspect parts with guidance from senior machinists
- Keep the work area clean and follow shop procedures
Requirements
- No machining experience required — training provided
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance; able to work on site in Eaton, OH
- Open to 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift
