CNC Machinist (Lathe)

Pay: $20 to $38 an hour

A machine shop in the Houston area is hiring a CNC machinist to run lathe work and do their own setups.

Responsibilities

Setting up and running CNC lathe work
Reading blueprints, drawings, tooling and gauges
Working without constant supervision once you know the job
Driving a forklift and helping across other jobs when needed

Requirements

Able to do your own setups, not operate only
Able to read blueprints and drawings
Willing to work hard and take direction from a supervisor
Some CNC mill experience is a plus, not a requirement
