A precision machining company in Eaton, Ohio is hiring experienced CNC machinists on all three shifts. The shop machines advanced ceramic materials to tight tolerances for demanding industries — production work where precision is the product, not a general job shop.

Pay runs from $21 to $41 an hour depending on experience, with a $4 an hour shift differential on top for off-shift work. Multiple openings are available and interviews are being scheduled now.

This is a direct-hire position on the employer's payroll from day one, not a temp placement.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC equipment on precision production work
  • Hold tight tolerances in hard, brittle materials
  • Read and work from engineering drawings
  • Inspect finished parts and hold quality through the run
  • Load programs, set offsets and prove out first parts

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of CNC machining experience
  • Comfortable with setups, offsets and first-part approval
  • Able to read prints and use precision measuring tools
  • Open to 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift
  • Able to work on site in Eaton, OH
